Do not deal with this company they are the worst. I ordered a suede jacket for $200 which I found out three days later was out of stock.

I called and got no response. I sent several emails and was told that the $200 would be credited to my account. This never came to pass, the item I ordered was out of stock so it should have never been charged in the first place.

I am currently sending more emails to try to get this resolved but so far no good. I don't understand how this company stays in business and why something isn't being done about it I've never seen anything like it in my life.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
